Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee is an internal staff committee that works to support a fully diverse, inclusive, and equitable space for staff, volunteers, clients, programs, donors, and the communities we serve. Ceres Community Project commits to championing policies and practices of social equity that empower a diverse and inclusive workplace and a healthy food system.
Policy & Research Committee
The Ceres Staff Policy Working Group provides guidance for Ceres’ policy and advocacy work, and supports the integration and implementation of that work across all areas of the organization.
Youth Advisory Committee
The Youth Advisory Committee is a committee of Teen Leaders who advise Ceres Staff and Board on the Youth Development Program for best practices and give feedback on changes and improvements. They also educate and engage teens and teen leaders in fundraising, outreach and policy on behalf of the organization.
