Ceres Community Project’s Educational Programs provide opportunities for people throughout the community to learn how whole foods can support their health. Our goal is to create healthy, vibrant people and communities.

 

Healing Foods Cooking Course

This four week, four hour per week course is designed for those recovering from serious illness, their caregivers or home health care providers. The course provides ongoing support for making positive and lasting changes in your diet through hands-on experience, hand-outs, access to a unique recipe data base, and talks by respected experts on food, nutrition and herbal support.

Ceres Community Classes

These 1 ½ to 3 hour classes are open to the general public and are taught in the Ceres Community Project kitchen as well as in locations throughout Sonoma County. Community Classes provide an introduction to topics that we believe will most support all of us in moving towards a healing relationship with food and our planet which provides it.
