The Ceres Community Project provides food to men, women and children in Sonoma County who have any serious illness such as cancer, heart disease or multiple sclerosis. We provide food for the entire family unless food is requested only for the person who is ill.

Because we are a small organization, we are often required to prioritize among potential new clients. In these situations, we give preference to clients who are stressed financially, those who have children, people living alone without the support of family or friends, and those who do not qualify for any other meal programs such as Meals on Wheels or Food for Thought.
