Past Events

April 23:
Digestive Wellness

Every traditional system of medicine recognizes digestion as the foundation of good health. Yet stress, poor diet, illness, medications, and food sensitivities wreak havoc with this core process. Many of us live with—and normalize—daily digestive distress, believing there is no way out of the discomfort.

In this class we will explore how bitter and aromatic herbs can benefit most common digestive complaints.

We will sample various herbs and blends, and discuss how they can be enjoyed in our daily lives.
