Health depends on many factors; understanding nutrition, learning how to cook nutrient rich whole foods meals, and reconnecting to our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, our communities and the Earth on which we live.

I can't tell you how important and life changing your class has been for me. Your passion, knowledge, and commitment that you shared with all of us, created a space that I was not able to negotiate successfully on my own. You have provided me with a very loving experience that has helped me build a structure so that I am now able to hang new information on a basic frame/thrive/and share with my community.
