This four week course is available to anyone who is recovering from serious illness, their caregivers or spouses, and home health providers who support others in creating a healthier life through cooking with whole foods.
Each class focuses on a specific topic such as setting up a healing foods kitchen, supporting digestive wellness with fermented foods, building energy wellness, or an introduction to the benefits of sprouted foods. Classes provide an understanding of how different foods and food preparation techniques can support health along with demonstrations of specific recipes related to the topic at hand. Most classes include hands-on experience and of course tastes! Sometimes there are leftovers, so bring your doggy bags.
Classes are $30 - $40 sliding scale. To register, please send a check for the full amount made out to Ceres Community Project to JoEllen DeNicola, 3822 Bloomfield Rd., Sebastopol, CA. 95472. We will not deposit your check until we confirm that there are enough participants to offer the class. Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is not offered.
