Remodeling Our New Home

The Ceres Community Project is excited to announce
that the construction has started on our new home!

The first tasks to be accomplished are dismantling the interior and cleaning up. Stuff needs to be sorted into what can be salvaged and what goes in the dumpster. Floors need to be swept. Materials need to be stacked. Come and volunteer during one of our Work Parties. Come in the morning or afternoon, or just come and volunteer for an hour or two. We will always have something for you to do.

We can use your help.

Meet Greg Miranda, the Project Site Manager. Greg works with Community Builders Group. They organize building projects for people and non-profit organizations who need construction and repair help.

If you'd like to volunteer to help,
here's what you need to know:

⊕  Sign the Liabilty Release Form. You can download the PDF, print it, sign it and bring it with you. (We will also have copies on site, but it would be helpful if you bring yours already filled out and signed).

⊕  Wear work clothes that will get dirty and sturdy shoes or preferably boots.

⊕  When you get to the site, check in with Greg.

⊕  Building address: 7351 Bodega Ave (next to the Fire Station)

If you are a skilled tradesman or a building materials supplier, please contact Laurence Becker, Executive Director of Community Builders Group.

⊕  Laurence's email: lbecker@communitybuildersgroup.org

⊕  Laurence's phone: 707-483-6071
